研究了碳相含量对原位合成的碳/陶复合材料(C-SiC-TiC-TiB2)的结构和性能的影响。结果表明:随着碳含量的增加,材料的抗弯强度下降。材料的烧结温度应随着碳含量增加相应提高,才能获得致密的碳/陶复合材料。
The effect of carbon content on the structure and properties of in-situ synthesized carbon / ceramic composites (C-SiC-TiC-TiB2) was investigated. The results show that with the increase of carbon content, the bending strength of the material decreases. The sintering temperature of the material should be increased as the carbon content increases correspondingly to obtain a dense carbon / ceramic composite material.
