为明确豫西旱作麦区小麦籽粒灌浆特性,给小麦粒质量的提高提供理论支撑。选用黄淮麦区具有代表性的济麦20、豫麦49-198、郑麦004、郑麦9023、偃展4110和豫麦50为试验材料,用Logistic方程拟合籽粒灌浆进程,通过F检验以及相关分析等方法,对籽粒灌浆参数进行了分析。结果表明,方程拟合系数R值在0.991 0~0.998 3,经F检验均达极显著水平,说明Logistic方程真实反映了小麦籽粒灌浆进程;籽粒最大灌浆速率(Vmax)、籽粒平均灌浆速率(Va)、快增期灌浆速率(V2)、缓增期灌浆速率(V3)与千粒重均呈显著性正相关,相关系数分别为0.67、0.73、0.69和0.73,灌浆持续时间通过灌浆速率间接影响粒质量的增加。
In order to clarify the grain filling characteristics of wheat in wheat cropping area in the west of Henan Province and to provide theoretical support for the improvement of wheat grain quality. The representative materials of Jimai 20, Yumai 49-198, Zhengmai 004, Zhengmai 9023, Yanzhan 4110 and Yumai 50 in Huanghuai area were selected as experimental materials, and the grain filling process was fitted by Logistic equation. The results showed that the fitting coefficient R of the equation was between 0.991 0 and 0.998 3, and reached extremely significant level by F test, indicating that Logistic equation can truly reflect the grain filling process of wheat; the maximum grain filling rate (Vmax), the average grain filling rate ), Fast filling stage (V2) and slow filling stage (V3) had significant positive correlation with 1000-grain weight, the correlation coefficients were 0.67,0.73,0.69 and 0.73 respectively. The duration of grain filling indirectly affected grain weight through the filling rate Increase.
