The harmful effects of corticosteroids (CS) on wound healing have long been recognized. It is reported that the effects of different CS on wound contracture and epithelialization are different. The authors compared the effect of three CS on wound breaking strength in mice. Male BDF mice with an average body weight of 25 g were used for experiments in three parts. The first part observes the effect of different CS on the fracture strength of wounds. The experimental group was injected intraperitoneally with sodium phosphate (DMS) dexamethasone 16 mg/kg/d, sodium succinate methylprednisolone (MPL) 80 mg/kg/d, and sodium succinate hydrocortisone (HC) 400 mg. /kg/d. The control group was injected with 0.2 ml of saline for 12 consecutive days. The amount of CS is the same as the human anti-inflammatory dose. On the third day of injection, a deep incision was made to the back of the mouse’s dorsal spine and the wound was immediately
