企业的高层管理人员是企业的领导者。所谓领导,其本质是一种影响力,其率领和引导企业朝一定方向前进的过程,也是自己施加影响的过程。领导影响力的主要来源是职位权力。不同的领导行为将导致不同的下级行为和不同的企业经营效果。从此意义上说,企业领导者在管理企业的过程中,就必须把握管理原则,以使自己的影响力在企业目标制定和目标实现所进行的活动中得到渗透。
The company’s top management is the leader of the company. The so-called leadership is essentially a kind of influence.
