前列腺癌是西方国家发病率最高的男性恶性肿瘤,在我国发病率也逐年上升,但其传统筛查及诊断方法价值有限。多参数磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)是一种在形态学MRI基础上增加1项或者多项功能学MRI的检查方法,它可以较好地显示组织器官的解剖结构及形态学改变,反映一定的组织学成分信息,无创提供组织细胞病理生理学、生物化学等功能学信息,引导前列腺靶向穿刺活检,对诊断及评估前列腺病变具有较高的应用价值。本文就多参数MRI诊断前列腺癌的研究现状作一综述。

Multi-parameter magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a method based on morphological MRI to add one or more functional MRI examination methods, which can better show the anatomical structure and morphological changes of tissues and organs, Reflect some histological information, provide histopathology, biochemistry and other functional information non-invasively, and guide prostatic targeted biopsy. It is of high value in diagnosis and evaluation of prostate lesions. This article reviews the research status of multiparameter MRI in the diagnosis of prostate cancer.
