目的制备白藜芦醇(Res)维生素C棕榈酸酯泡囊,对其处方组成、制备工艺、包封率等进行研究,期望通过这种新型微粒给药系统提高白藜芦醇的稳定性与靶向性。方法采用溶剂注入法制备白藜芦醇维生素C棕榈酸酯泡囊,并进行处方优化,采用透析法测定包封率。结果溶剂注入法制得的白藜芦醇泡囊形态优良,粒径800 nm左右,电位-70 mV左右,透析法测定其包封率在77%左右。结论乙醇注入法制备白藜芦醇泡囊,该方法简单易行,优化处方制得泡囊体系稳定且包封率良好。
OBJECTIVE To prepare Res vitamin C palmitate vesicles and study their formulation, preparation process and entrapment efficiency. We hope to improve the stability of resveratrol through this novel microparticle drug delivery system. Targeted. Methods Resveratrol vitamin C palmitate vesicles were prepared by solvent injection method and optimized by prescription. The entrapment efficiency was determined by dialysis method. Results The resveratrol vesicles prepared by solvent injection showed good morphology with a diameter of about 800 nm and a potential of about -70 mV. The entrapment efficiency of the resveratrol vesicles measured by dialysis was about 77%. Conclusion The ethanol injection method for the preparation of resveratrol vesicles is simple and easy to operate. The optimized vesicles prepared by this method are stable and the entrapment efficiency is good.
