目的:初步编制陆军特种兵心理胜任特征调查问卷。方法:采用归类汇总后形成的24个条目初始问卷,对某陆军特种兵443例进行调查,并分析其心理胜任特征因子和问卷内部一致性及信度等。结果:忠诚、机警、灵活、献身、责任、无畏、勤奋、沉稳、协作、缜密、果断、自律、冒险、毅力、自信、担当、冷静、竞争和团结等19个条目重要度平均值>3,为保留条目;聪慧、预见性、谨慎、正义感及宽容等5个条目重要度平均值<3,为剔除条目。探索性因素分析结果显示,陆军特种兵心理胜任特征由应激力、使命感、进取心、自控力、协作理念等5个因子构成,各因子内部一致性系数均高于0.80,总问卷内部一致性信度系数为0.825。结论:该问卷基本涵盖了特种兵心理需求,具有较好的信度,可初步用于陆军特种兵心理胜任特征的调查。
Objective: To prepare the army special forces psychological competence questionnaire. Methods: The initial questionnaire of 24 items formed by the classified summary was used to investigate 443 military special forces units and analyze the psychological competence factor and the internal consistency and reliability of the questionnaire. Results: Loyalty, alertness, flexibility, devotion, responsibility, fearlessness, diligence, calmness, collaboration, meticulousness, decisiveness, self-discipline, adventure, perseverance, self-confidence, responsibility, calmness, competition and solidarity. In order to keep the entries, the five items of intelligence, predictability, caution, sense of justice and tolerance were averaged <3, excluding items. Exploratory factor analysis showed that the army’s special forces personnel’s psychological competence characteristics were composed of five factors: stress, mission, enterprising, self-control and collaboration. The internal consistency coefficient of each factor was higher than 0.80, and the internal consistency of the total questionnaire The reliability coefficient is 0.825. Conclusion: This questionnaire basically covers the psychological needs of the special forces and has good reliability. It can be used primarily for investigating the psychological competency of the Army special forces.
