心电图的几个基本原理一、临床心电图学的概念:人体心脏机械性收缩以前,心肌首先发生电激动,这个电激动影响全身各部,在体表各处都产生了微小的电位改变。在整个心动周期过程中,体表各处的电位也随之不断地变化着。用心电图机记录出反映这些电位改变的曲线称为心电图。临床心电图学就是通过分析这些反映电位改变的曲线,并结合临床其它资料,借以协助疾病诊断及观察病情演变的一门科学。
