实验比较了阿霉素和足叶乙甙等药物对低转移的AGZY和高转移的Anip人肺腺癌细胞的毒性及其对细胞中癌基因表达的作用。结果表明:药物对两种细胞都具有很强的细胞毒性作用,Anip细胞对药物的敏感性高于AGZY,对足叶乙甙的敏感性比AGZY高10~3倍。药物对H-ras癌基因的表达具有调控作用。结果提示:两种药物均可作为治疗肺腺癌的首选药物,足叶乙甙对转移的防治更为有效。
The effects of drugs such as adriamycin and etoposide on low-metastatic AGZY and highly metastatic Anip human lung adenocarcinoma cells and their effects on oncogene expression in cells were compared. The results showed that the drug had a strong cytotoxic effect on both cells. The sensitivity of Anip cells to drugs was higher than that of AGZY, and the sensitivity to E.coli was 10 to 3 times higher than that of AGZY. Drugs regulate the expression of H-ras oncogene. The results suggest that both drugs can be used as the drug of choice for treatment of lung adenocarcinoma, and that Etoposide is more effective in preventing and controlling metastasis.
