丽水人好喝黄酒,此酒入口醇香,回味悠长,柔绵清雅,芳华扑鼻。不懂此酒的人往往被它柔顺的色泽迷惑而大肆淋漓,结果当然是一醉不起,所以外地人到丽水,不论他多好的酒量,少有人能过得了黄酒这一关。丽水的人和丽水的景,也似这美酒,初识时清淡无奇,但越接触越感觉后劲绵绵,让人欲罢不能。
