目的了解鼻咽癌组织中抑癌基因p130在mRNA水平上的表达量。方法提取35例鼻咽癌组织及20例鼻咽慢性炎症组织总RNA,采用荧光定量RT-PCR技术检测p130基因mRNA含量。结果表明鼻咽癌组p130基因mRNA的量显著地低于对照组鼻咽慢性炎症组(秩和检验z统计量=2.33,近似χ2统计量=5.47,P值<0.05)。结论p130基因mRNA含量的减少与鼻咽癌有着密切的联系,p130基因在鼻咽癌的发生发展过程中具有重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of tumor suppressor gene p130 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues at mRNA level. Methods Total RNA was extracted from 35 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 20 cases of nasopharyngeal chronic inflammation tissue. The mRNA expression of p130 gene was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR. The results showed that the amount of p130 mRNA in nasopharyngeal carcinoma was significantly lower than that in the control group (z-statistic = 2.33, χ2 = 5.47, P <0.05). Conclusion The decrease of p130 mRNA expression is closely related to nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The p130 gene plays an important role in the genesis and development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
