随着我国经济转型步伐的加快,金融控股公司在经济生活中的作用越来越突出。由于经济转型与金融全球化紧密相连,使得金融系统风险显著增加的,这就必须对现行金融控股公司监管体制进行反思,构建与时俱进的监管体制。在市场经济条件下,必须加快完善相关监管法律体系的构建,理顺监管架构,减少监管真空,提高监管效率,及时预警各种风险,为金融体系安全提供保障,进而使金融控股公司在促进经济又好又快发展的过程中发挥更大的作用。
