目的建立一种快速测定复合维生素产品中多种水溶性维生素的超高液相色谱的检测方法。方法样品经10%甲醇溶液超声提取,滤液经Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C_(18)色谱柱分离,0.025 mol/L磷酸二氢钾缓冲液-乙腈梯度洗脱,采用二极管阵列检测器在245 nm下检测VB1和VC,其余8种维生素在210 nm下检测。结果本方法能够在10 min内完成10种水溶性维生素的测定。10种水溶性维生素在该方法下线性关系良好(r>0.999),精密度RSD值小于2%,加标回收率良好。结论该方法快速、准确、灵敏,能够适用于复合维生素产品中水溶性维生素的测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the rapid determination of multi-soluble vitamins in multi-vitamin products by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The samples were extracted with 10% methanol solution. The filtrate was separated on an Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C 18 column and eluted with a gradient of 0.025 mol / L potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer - acetonitrile, and detected by a diode array detector at 245 nm VB1 and VC, the remaining 8 kinds of vitamins detected at 210 nm. Results The method was able to determine 10 water-soluble vitamins within 10 min. The 10 kinds of water-soluble vitamins had a good linear relationship (r> 0.999) under this method. The RSD of precision was less than 2% and the recoveries were good. Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate and sensitive and can be applied to the determination of water-soluble vitamins in multivitamin products.
