目的:对近年来药品不良反应危害程度定量评价研究文献进行综述,并提出未来研究设想。方法:通过CNKI、MEDLINE等数据库检索相关文献(检索年限为1988～2009年),并查阅有关书籍。结果:共获得相关文献20余篇,涉及7种有关评价方法。结论:现有的药品不良反应危害程度定量评价方法都存在一定的局限,建议引入疾病负担研究中有关方法来评价药品不良反应危害程度。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the research literature on the quantitative evaluation of the adverse effects of adverse drug reactions in recent years, and to propose future research ideas. Methods: The related literature was retrieved through CNKI, MEDLINE and other databases (the search period was from 1988 to 2009), and the related books were consulted. Results: A total of more than 20 articles were obtained, involving 7 related evaluation methods. Conclusion: There are some limitations in the existing methods for quantitative evaluation of adverse effects of drugs, and it is suggested to introduce the relevant methods in the research of disease burden to evaluate the harm degree of adverse drug reactions.
