目的 :评价磁性附着体衔铁AUM20衔铁用2种铸造方法处理后在人工唾液中的腐蚀性能的变化。方法 :AUM20衔铁分别与Co-Cr合金,BioHeradoN贵金属合金铸接后形成的试件浸泡在人工唾液中,分别在10天、20天取出5ml人工唾液进行检测。以电感耦合光谱分析仪测定浸泡液中溶出的金属离子浓度。结果 :钴铬合金、金合金铸接处理的试验件Fe离子Mo离子的析出量与对照组比较,具有显著差异。结论 :铸造会减低衔铁金属在口腔环境中的耐腐蚀性。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the changes in the corrosive performance of the magnetic attachment armature AUM20 armature in artificial saliva treated with two kinds of casting methods. Methods: AUM20 armature and Co-Cr alloy, BioHeradoN precious metal alloy after casting the specimen soaked in artificial saliva, respectively, 10 days, 20 days to remove 5ml of artificial saliva for testing. The concentration of dissolved metal ions in the soaking solution was measured with an inductively coupled spectrometer. Results: Compared with the control group, the amount of Fe ion Mo ion precipitation in the samples treated with cobalt-chromium alloy and gold alloy was significantly different. Conclusion: Casting reduces the corrosion resistance of the keeper metal in the oral environment.
