自学界围绕旅游职业教育与通识教育的关系论战以来,通识和职业教育的平衡日益成为旅游学界关注的重点课题。Tribe提出的PPE(philosophic practitioner education)旅游人才培养理念和课程理论,融知识、技能和实践智慧目标为一体,其核心原则在当下仍然有效。基于PPE的旅游课程空间修正模型,增补原PPE模型中应有的动态部分,反映利益相关者力场对课程空间的影响,确认旅游最小核心课程空间的一般位置。该模型作为一种概念性、反思性和决策性工具,对中国旅游教育具有良好的应用价值与探索空间。
Since the academic circles have discussed the relationship between tourism vocational education and general education, the balance of general education and vocational education has increasingly become the focus of tourism scholarship. Tribe’s philosophic practitioner education (PPE) concept of tourism personnel training and curriculum theory, integration of knowledge, skills and practical wisdom as one object, the core principles of the current still valid. Based on the PPE-based spatial model of tourism curriculum, the dynamic part of the original PPE model should be supplemented to reflect the influence of stakeholders’ force field on curriculum space and to confirm the general location of the minimum core curriculum space for tourism. As a conceptual, reflective and decision-making tool, this model has a good application value and exploration space for China’s tourism education.
