本文针对医院“军卫一号”工程系统在基础数据准备阶段中， 如何结合统计工作质量要求， 探讨建立规范公共字典库与病案首页及与统计工作的关系。作者认为，在建立与病案首页相关字典库时，应特别注重标准化、规范化工作，只有规范化建立与病案首页有关的公共字典库才能保证病案首页质量和统计工作质量。
This article aims at the hospital’s “Jianwei 1” engineering system in the basic data preparation stage, how to combine statistical work quality requirements, to explore the establishment of standardized public dictionary database and the top of the medical record and the relationship with statistical work. The author believes that in the establishment of the relevant dictionary database on the front page of the medical record, special emphasis should be placed on standardization and standardization. Only the establishment of a common dictionary database related to the top of the medical record can guarantee the quality of the medical records and the quality of statistical work.
