目的:考察不同商品地来源木香饮片及麸煨品中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯含量。方法:以甲醇为溶剂,超声提取后,采用HPLC法对不同商品地来源的木香饮片及麸煨品中的木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯含量进行了测定。结果:14种不同商品地木香饮片生品中两个指标性成分含量总量最高为7.65%,最低为2.11%,差3倍以上;麸煨品中两个指标性成分含量总量最高为3.16%,最低为1.30%,差2倍以上。且两个指标性成分含量配比发生了改变。结论:不同来源的木香饮片中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯含量差别明显,急需制订木香中药饮片及炮制品质量标准。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the content of wood aldehyde lactone and dehydrocostus lactone in wood-derived pieces and bran simmer of different commercial sources. Methods: The content of wood aldehyde lactone and dehydrocostuslane in the woody pomace samples and the braising products from different commercial sources were determined by HPLC after the extraction by ultrasonic with methanol as the solvent. Results: The total content of the two index components in the 14 kinds of raw wood samples was the highest, the lowest was 2.11% and the difference was more than 3 times. The highest content of the two index components in the bran risotto 3.16%, a minimum of 1.30%, worse than 2 times. And the ratio of the two indicators of the composition has changed. Conclusion: There is a significant difference in the content of carotenal and dehydrocostus from the different origins of the wood, and the quality standard of the wood-based Chinese medicine decoction and the processed product is urgently needed.
