目的 :探讨 16层螺旋CT在冠状动脉造影中的应用。方法 :对 16例可疑或确诊的冠心病患者行 16层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影并进行三维重建 ,评价 16层螺旋CT对冠状动脉各支的显示能力及对冠状动脉病变的检出率。结果 :16层螺旋CT对冠状动脉近、中段及严重狭窄显示较好。结论 :16层螺旋CT作为冠状动脉疾患的筛选及血管重建术的术前定位、术后复查手段可广泛用于临床。
Objective: To investigate the application of 16-slice spiral CT in coronary angiography. Methods: Twenty-six patients with suspected or confirmed coronary heart disease underwent 16-slice spiral CT coronary angiography and three-dimensional reconstruction. The 16-slice spiral CT was used to evaluate the ability of each coronary artery to display coronary artery lesions. Results: 16-slice spiral CT showed good results in the proximal and middle coronary arteries and severe stenosis. Conclusion: The 16-slice spiral CT as a screening of coronary artery disease and preoperative localization of revascularization can be widely used in clinical practice.
