目的评价甜睡口服液对小鼠睡眠改善作用。方法小鼠按随机数字表分成9组,进行延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间试验、戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量催眠试验和巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期试验,每项试验包括3个小组,分别接受溶剂、低剂量(0.684 g/kg)及高剂量甜睡口服液(2.052 g/kg)干预(n=10)。通过延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间试验,观察在戊巴比妥钠催眠的基础上,甜睡口服液对睡眠时间和睡眠潜伏期的影响;通过戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量催眠试验,观察甜睡口服液与戊巴比妥钠的协同作用;通过巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期试验,观察在巴比妥钠催眠的基础上,甜睡口服液对小鼠睡眠潜伏期的影响。结果低和高剂量甜睡口服液均显著延长小鼠在戊巴比妥钠睡眠试验中的睡眠时间、缩短其入睡潜伏期;同时明显缩短巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期;但与阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠并无协同作用。结论甜睡口服液具有改善小鼠睡眠作用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of sweet sleep oral liquid on mice sleep improvement. Methods The mice were randomly divided into nine groups according to random number table. The experiments were conducted to extend the sleep time of pentobarbital sodium, subliminal hypnotic dose of pentobarbital sodium and sleep latency of sodium pentobarbital. Each test consisted of three groups Solvents, low dose (0.684 g / kg) and high dose sweet sleep oral solution (2.052 g / kg) intervention (n = 10). By extending the pentobarbital sodium sleep time test to observe the pentobarbital sodium hypnosis based on the sweet sleep oral liquid on sleep time and sleep latency; by sublingual sodium pentobarbital hypnosis test to observe the sweet Sleeping syrup and sodium pentobarbital synergies; sodium pentobarbital sleep latency test to observe the hypnosis on the basis of sodium pentobarbital, sweet sleeping on the mouse sleep latency. Results Both low and high dose sweet sleep oral liquid significantly prolonged the sleep time and shorten the sleep latency in pentobarbital sodium sleep test, Sodium has no synergistic effect. Conclusion Sweet Sleeping oral liquid can improve mice sleep.
