膀胱白斑是一种少见的膀胱粘膜病变,由于白斑与磷癌关系密切,日益受到人们的关注。1960年以来我们治疗9例膀胱白斑,其中男性1例,女性8例。年龄19～50岁。 7例表现为不同程度尿路刺激症状,2例为间断发生肉眼全程无痛血尿。9例尿常规检查均可见数量不等之白血球。2例尿培养阳性(金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌各1例)。膀胱镜可见局限性白色或灰白色雪片状物附着于膀胱粘膜上,多发生于膀胱颈部和
