泰国菜以取料考究,味道浓郁,质地鲜嫩,“酸、甜、辣、鲜、香”五味俱全著称于世,并吸引了众多的食客。泰国人民主食大米,每餐必有汤,喜欢用鱼露调味。泰国菜一般分为三大类。一类是泰国快餐“法泰”,指曼谷街头流动经营的小吃类;二类是乡村厨师用土产食品、热带水果烹制的“咖喱饭”;三类是集亚洲各国菜系之长与西餐之精华的“都市菜”,为泰国菜的“上品”。在泰国具有广阔市场并驰名东南亚的是“法泰”快餐饭。一碟“法泰”、一碟香虾、一片烤肉、一串牛肉或鸡肉、一碗青椒汤,再配一瓶碑酒,一支椰汁炸蕉,便是完美无缺的泰国正餐。
Thai food is famous for its delicious ingredients, rich flavor and fresh texture. It is known all over the world as “sour, sweet, spicy, fresh and fragrant” and attracted many diners.
