师爱是学校教育中一个永恒的话题,对于新时期的小学教师应如何在教学中体现师爱呢?笔者认为,在教学中师爱体现在教师的微笑里,微笑是学生开始愉快学习的第一步;师爱在师与生教学互动中,老师要以和蔼的态度与学生平等对话,做他们的朋友;师爱是体现在对待不听话的学生时,循循善诱,动之以情,晓之以理,让他自省;师爱是教师用自己动听的歌喉,打动学生的心灵,让学生与你倾心;师爱是教师把渊博的知识传授给学生,从而赢得学生的仰慕。
