本实验采用显微分光光度测定法(MSP)分别对11只Wistat大鼠的正常胃粘膜、癌前病变及各型胃残端癌(PGSC)的细胞核DNA含量及细胞核面积进行了定量测定。主要结果如下:1.正常胃粘膜细胞核DNA含量均匀恒定,大部分为2C;2.慢性萎缩性胃炎、残胃粘膜轻、中度异型增生的细胞核DNA含量相近;3.细胞核DNA变化规律提示重度异型增生与PGSC有极为密切关系,可能为同一疾病的二个不同发展阶段,均可作为外科治疗对象;4.细胞核面积与细胞核DNA含量的变化呈平行关系,并存在显著相关性,故应将该二项指标作综合分析。
In this experiment, microscopic spectrophotometry (MSP) was used to quantitatively measure the nuclear DNA content and nuclear area of normal gastric mucosa, precancerous lesions, and various types of gastric stump cancer (PGSC) in 11 Wistat rats.
