随着高等教育大众化进程的日益加快,与此同时,电大开放教育与全日制本科教育资源共享机制也在逐步完善,在两类院校之间构建一种稳定的长期的合作关系,实现优势互补与资源共享,增强办学实力和核心竞争力,既是两校加快自身发展的内在需求,也是大众化条件下高等教育发展的必然选择。对电大开放教育与全日制本科教育资源共享过程中出现的问题进行深入的分析,阐明共享机制构建的必要性以及构建该机制所能起到的积极作用,以期为高等教育的发展尽微薄之力。
