回眸20 世纪的西方社会人文科学发展历程,历史学特别是法国的“年鉴派”运动和继后的“新史学”,以其观念和方法论的锐意创新,研究对象和领域的不断拓展,以及在世界范围内的重大学术影响,而备受瞩目。号称史学领域里的一场“哥白尼式革命”的“年鉴派”运动,在西方学术界曾风靡一时,成为一代乃至两代学人的时尚。然而,时过境迁,到80 年代末,随着学术环境的变化和新一代学人的崛起,要求“批判的转折”的呼声日趋强烈,史学“危机”的论争迭起。对“年鉴派”所代表的新史学模式的功过是非的议论和评析,成为西方学术界思想观念和研究方法创新与寻求更适应社会人文科学本质的研究范型的一个重要话题,其中既有总结、反思和对现状的评估,也不乏关乎史学乃至整个社会人文科学在下一个新的世纪中的前景展望和探索,透视出未来学术发展的若干构想和前沿走向 Looking back on the course of the development of western social-humanities in the 20th century, historiography, especially the New Year’s movement of “Yearbook School” in France and its subsequent “new historiography”, has been keen to innovate with its concepts and methodologies and has continuously expanded its research objects and fields.
