在党的十七大上,做出了实现基本公共服务均等化的重要战略决策。基本公共服务的均等化符合我国现阶段国情,符合我国发展的需要,是党中央在深入调查研究基础上所作出的重要战略判断。本文将就当前城乡基本公共服务均等化过程中存在的问题和原因进行分析和探讨,并就如何解决这些问题,从而实现城乡基本公共服务均等化的政策选择提供有意义的见解和观点。
At the 17th National Congress of the CPC, important strategic decisions were made to realize the equalization of basic public services. The equalization of basic public services conforms to the current national conditions of our country and meets the needs of our country’s development. It is an important strategic decision made by the Party Central Committee on the basis of in-depth investigations and studies.
