当前我省卫生事业的发展与经济建设和社会进步的要求还不相适应,地区间卫生发展不平衡,农村卫生、预防保健_T作薄弱,资源配置不够合理,卫生改革亟待深化。今后,我们应采取切实可行的措施。整合优化城乡卫生资源,形成优势互补的格局。首先,政府部门要加强宏观调控,合理配置并充分利用现有的卫生资源,提高卫生资源利用效率。一是市(地) 级政府根据中央和省级人民政府制定的区域卫生规划指导原则和卫生资源配置标准制定区域卫生规划,卫生行政部门在实施区域卫生规划时,对区域内卫生发展实行政策指导、组织协调、监督检查,适当调整卫生资源配置
At present, the development of the province’s health undertakings is incompatible with the requirements of economic construction and social progress. Regional health development is not balanced. Rural health, prevention and health care are weak, resource allocation is not reasonable, and health reform needs to be deepened. In the future, we should take practical measures.
