建立了以降低氧气放散率为目的的高炉休风模型,并实际应用在宝山钢铁公司能源部能源管理系统中。通过开发实例,详细介绍了构造模型的思路和方法。根据生产计划和供氧系统实时运行参数,系统可对用户进行氧、氮、氩需求预测,从而合理安排气体的生产、使用和储存等多个环节,制定安全有效的专家决策,实现氧气合理利用。该系统能为决策者提供全面的辅助决策信息,具有调节手段灵活、多样的特点,系统是开放的。系统已通过宝钢专家组的验收,并投入实际使用
A blast-off model for blast furnace with the purpose of reducing the oxygen release rate was established and applied to the Energy Management System of Baoshan Iron and Steel Company. Through the development of examples, the ideas and methods of constructing models are introduced in detail. According to the production plan and the real-time operating parameters of the oxygen supply system, the system can predict the oxygen, nitrogen and argon demand of the users so as to reasonably arrange gas production, use and storage and other aspects to formulate safe and effective expert decision-making and make rational use of oxygen . The system can provide decision-makers with comprehensive decision support information, with flexible and diverse means of adjustment, and the system is open. The system has passed the acceptance of Baosteel Group of Experts and put into practical use
