近来许多单位修理部门,当修理各类外圆磨床,对其进行修前预先检查时,发现外圆磨床几乎都是床身导轨两端磨损量大,导轨中间一段磨损却非常小,一些单位直观的认为磨损大的部位应相对增加补偿量,便将外圆磨床床身导轨在垂直面内的直线度定为中凹,定为合理经验,对于只有一台导轨磨床的单位,当修磨车床床身和磨床床身时就产生了难度。普通车床床身导轨因溜板来回移动频率较大,导轨中间部位容易磨损,修磨时要求中凸。因此要使导轨保持良好精度,让其满足普通车床与外圆磨床的修磨需要,应经常调节导轨磨床床身才能实现,不仅效率低,而且难以保证加工质量。就此问题本文做如下探讨。
