我担任初二丁班的班主任。这个班的学生都是小学五年級提前毕业升入初中的,年龄小(平均只有12岁),基础知識较差,入学时特別調皮貪玩,不遵守紀律,因此学习成績也很差,曾经半数以上的同学有不及格的科目。但他們比较活潑,接受能力強,可塑性较大。两年来去党的領导下,由于老师的耐心教导和同学们的努力,这个班有了显著的进步,逐渐变为能够遵守紀律、热爱学习的班集体。学习质量也赶上了一般的水平。現在談談我对学生进行紀律教育的几点体会:
I served as the first two classes of class teacher. The students in this class are graduating early into elementary school in the fifth grade of elementary school. They are young (average 12 years old), with poor basic knowledge. They are particularly naughty in school and do not observe discipline. The above students have failed subjects. However, they are more lively, receptive and more plastic.
