本文报道了带EB病毒基因的生产株和非生产株类淋巴母细胞与胚胎鼻咽部细胞共同培养过程中发现的细胞相互吸附及融合现象。结果显示只要带EB病毒基因的类淋巴母细胞株都能与胚胎细胞相互吸附,正常淋巴细胞则不能。但EB病毒生产株的类淋巴母细胞与胚胎细胞不仅可以相互吸附,而旦可以自然的发生融合。共同培养后,其细胞的EBV-VCA的阳性率显著地高于原来的类淋巴母细胞株,并与类淋巴母细胞的阳性率有一定的相关性。 本文还讨论了细胞融合现象与EB病毒的关系以及可能的机理。
This paper reports on the phenomenon of mutual adsorption and fusion of cells that were found during the co-culture of production strains and non-producer strain lymphoblasts with embryonic nasopharyngeal cells with the Epstein-Barr virus gene. The results showed that as long as the lymphoblastoid cell line carrying the EBV gene can both adsorb to embryonic cells, normal lymphocytes cannot. However, the lymphoblastoid cells and embryonic cells of the EB virus-producing strain can not only adsorb to each other, but also spontaneously fuse. After co-cultivation, the positive rate of EBV-VCA in the cells was significantly higher than that of the original lymphoblastoid cell strain, and there was a certain correlation with the positive rate of lymphoblastoid cells. This article also discusses the relationship between cell fusion and Epstein-Barr virus and its possible mechanism.
