用荧光组织化学法检测16 例正常成年男性头发、眉毛、胡须、腋毛、阴毛等5 个部位皮肤PR并比较各部位间PR含量差异,结果显示:①PR分布于各部表皮粒细胞和棘细胞,真皮纤维母细胞、血管内皮和神经组织,毛囊外根鞘和毛乳头,立毛肌、皮脂腺、大小汗腺。其中毛囊、皮脂腺和表皮PR含量高于其他结构。②表皮PR含量从头皮、眉部、须部到腋窝和耻骨部逐渐减少,而真皮纤维母细胞PR含量却依次增多。头发、眉毛和胡须部的外根鞘、皮脂腺PR含量高于耻骨部和腋窝。头皮立毛肌PR高于其他4 个部位。③腋窝表皮、毛囊外根鞘和皮脂腺细胞核PR阳性,头皮则浆阳性强于核阳性,而各部立毛肌总是核阳性,其余核、浆PR阳性无差异。
Fluorescent histochemical method was used to detect the skin PR of 5 normal adult male’s hair, eyebrows, beard, armpit hair and pubic hair, and to compare the difference of PR between different parts. The results showed that: (1) PR distributed in the granulocytes and spine cells Fibroblasts, vascular endothelial and nerve tissue, hair follicle outer root sheath and dermal papillae, Li Mao muscle, sebaceous glands, sweat glands. The hair follicle, sebaceous gland and epidermal PR content higher than other structures. ② Epidermal PR content gradually decreased from the scalp, eyebrow, to the armpits and pubic part, while the PR content of dermal fibroblasts increased in turn. The outer root sheath of hair, eyebrows and beard, sebaceous gland PR content higher than the pubic and axillary. Scalp fleas Mao PR higher than the other four parts. ③ axillary epithelium, hair follicle outer root sheath and sebaceous gland nucleus PR positive scalp, while the positive plasma positive than the nuclear, and each department Li Mao muscle is always nuclear positive, the remaining nuclear, plasma PR positive no difference.
