教育教学的发展从曾经注重教师的传授,向关注学生主动学习转变。同样,在阅读教学中,教师已不再是教学的主宰,满堂灌已然不适应形势的发展需要。教师在阅读教学中应处于主导地位,对学生实施教学的方法主要在于引导学生发现问题、解决问题,使学生的主体性、能动性和独立性得以生长、张扬、发展和提升,从而真正提高学生的阅读能力、实际操作和运用能力。这也是新一轮基础教育课程改革必然面对的一个问题。那么,怎样才能使学生的阅读水平得以全面、主动的发展呢?根据新的课程理念,改变教师的教学策略,构建有效的教学策略,灵活运用“强化主导,确保主体,突出主线的‘10—25—10’”的教学模式,是促进学生主动发展的关键。
