一、成员会议在京召开1986年4月24日～25日,东方振动和噪声技术研究所在北京召开部分学术、所务委员和成员会议.传达了国家科委1986年4月20日国科人研交字86(003)号文件:关于批准成立东方振动和噪声技术研究所,并成为国家科委人才所人才开发中心的分支机构和由应怀樵同志担任所长的决定.出席这次会议的成员和来宾共140多人,其中所务和学术委员有17人,他们是应怀樵、方丹群、章一鸣、欧阳怡、严普强、李先明、宋文治、陈德成、施乃平、陈九健、朱世杰、孙家琪、郑慕侨、杨玉致、曾义方、吴成元、沈水福等.
I.
