高职院校开展校企合作要适应产业发展的形态与变化,产业柔性集聚是当前我国发达地区产业发展的一个显著特征,对高职校企合作的资源集聚、供需对接、运作机制等提出了新要求,面对这些新要求,本文提出基于服务外包途径的高职校企合作新模式。新模式以服务外包业务为纽带、资源集聚为手段、技术服务为动力,高职院校可从实际出发,根据自身优势和企业需求,选择灵活多元的合作方式。新模式具有资源有效集聚、供需有效对接、要素有效渗透的模式特征,以及动力深度激发、产教深度融合、工学深度结合的模式优势。实践中,高职院校需要从合作平台、项目管理、教学设计等层面建立有效的运行机制,还应从组织机构、沟通机制、文化交融等方面给予保障,确保校企合作稳定持续地发展。
The cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational colleges should adapt to the shape and changes of industrial development. The flexible assembly of industries is a significant feature of the industrial development in the developed areas of our country. It puts forward the resource aggregation, supply and demand docking and operation mechanism of higher vocational schools and enterprises cooperation New requirements, in the face of these new requirements, this paper proposes a new model of higher vocational school-enterprise cooperation based on the service outsourcing approach. The new model takes service outsourcing business as a link, resource aggregation as a means and technical service as motivation. Higher vocational colleges can proceed from reality and choose a flexible and diversified cooperation mode according to their own advantages and business needs. The new model has the characteristics of efficient agglomeration of resources, effective docking of supply and demand, effective infiltration of elements and mode advantages of deep motivation, education and education, and deep integration of work and study. In practice, higher vocational colleges need to establish an effective operation mechanism from the aspects of cooperation platform, project management, instructional design and so on. They should also be guaranteed from the aspects of organization, communication mechanism and cultural integration so as to ensure the steady and sustained development of the cooperation between schools and enterprises.
