In the last decade, intensive studies both theoretical and experimental have been devoted to the understanding of electronic transport properties in disordered electron systems. As is well known, diffusive natures of electron motions in weakly localized regime are responsible for both localization effects and interaction effects. It turns out that perturbation theories based on the localizations or interactions predict similar behaviors
