青年教师一般都会经历这样一个心理过程:刚教书时,总想早点带毕业班,展示一下自己的能耐;学校真把教毕业班的担子压在你肩上了,又诚惶诚恐起来,生怕教不好误人子弟,自己“掉房子”,又给学校“脸上抹黑”。1989年8月,我刚教毕业班时,就“惶恐”过一阵子。但惶恐有什么用?关键是想千方百计出成绩。可当时自己缺乏备考经验,唯一的办法就是虚心向有经验的人学习。我当时想,会做生意的人讲究“借别人的脑袋发财”,咱们青年教师何不来个“借
Young teachers generally experience such a psychological process: When they just teach, they always want to take a graduating class early to show their abilities. The school really puts the burden of teaching graduating classes on your shoulders, and it is sincere and fearful that it is not conducive to teaching. Misguided children, they “dropped the house” and gave the school “smeared faces.” In August 1989, when I had just taught a graduating class, I had been “fearless” for a while. But what is the use of fear? The key is to do everything possible to produce results. The only way to make up for the lack of preparation experience at the time is to learn from someone who is experienced. I thought at that time that those who would do business would pay attention to “benefiting other people’s heads to make a fortune.” Why don’t our young teachers come by?
