以接种艾氏腹水癌三天的昆明种雌性小鼠进行一次体内热化联合治疗,选用噻替派按每g体重0.08μg溶于生理盐水中,加温至43度后快速注入小鼠腹腔,并将小鼠置40度恒温箱内保温半小时。实验结果:腹水癌受到明显抑制,抑瘤率为46.6%、疗效高于单纯化疗及单纯热疗,与各对照组相比,体重下降及胸腺萎缩程度较轻,小鼠受到保护。热化联合治疗的效果优于单纯化疗及单纯热疗,可能与加热致使癌细胞膜“漏”,化疗药容易渗入细胞内发挥杀伤作用有关。
Three weeks of inoculation with Ehrlich ascites carcinoma was performed in one in vivo combination of Kunming female mice. Thiotepam was dissolved in physiological saline at a dose of 0.08 μg per g of body weight and warmed to 43°C before being injected into the abdominal cavity of mice. The mice were incubated in a 40-degree thermostat for half an hour. Experimental results: Ascites cancer was significantly inhibited, the tumor inhibition rate was 46.6%, and the curative effect was higher than that of chemotherapy alone and hyperthermia alone. Compared with the control group, weight loss and thymus atrophy were lighter, and the mice were protected. The effect of combined heat treatment is better than that of chemotherapy alone and hyperthermia alone. It may be related to the fact that heat causes the “leakage” of the cancer cell membrane, and the chemotherapeutic drug is likely to infiltrate into the cell to exert a killing effect.
