煤炭产业发展循环经济是落实科学发展观,构建“两型社会”的需要。但是我国煤炭产业发展循环经济过程中存在着资源浪费严重、环境破坏严重、产业关联不强等问题。为此,需要在坚持循环经济的发展理念基础上,煤炭企业做好技术创新、管理机制完善、员工培训等工作;政府做好法制完善、政策扶持以及相应的服务工作。
The development of circular economy in the coal industry is the need to implement the scientific concept of development and build a “two-oriented society.” However, there are many problems such as serious waste of resources, serious environmental damage and poor industrial relations in the development of circular economy in China’s coal industry. To this end, we need to adhere to the concept of development of circular economy, based on coal technology companies do a good job of technical innovation, improve the management mechanism, staff training and other work; the government do a good job legal system, policy support and the corresponding service.
