由本省设计院设计的我厂制冷系统选用了北京冷冻机厂生产的WNA-106型卧式冷凝器三台,制冷系统投入运行一段时间后发现冷凝温度不断升高,有时甚至高达39℃~40℃,冷凝压力也升高至1.51~1.55MPa,由于冷凝压力升高,排气温度常高达145℃~150℃,因而使得压缩机常常不得不停机,严重影响了制冷系统正常运行。再过一段时间,冷凝器管壁面竟然多处多次出现破裂穿孔并产生了漏气现象。针对上述问题进行了分析研究,对冷凝温度不断升高的现象,在排除了冷凝器内供水量不足,冷却水分布不均匀,冷凝器设计传热面积太小、冷凝器中有积液、制冷系统中制冷剂
