本文介绍了本组研制的机车轮轴力学试验数据处理机。该机综合运用了模拟和数字计算技术,将机车车辆走行、轮轴强度等试验中所测得的轴重P、横向水平力Q、应力σ等数据进行全数字自动化处理,并能在机车速度低于200公里/小时的条件下进行“在线”和“实时”数据处理。该机是在我国现有条件下,应用计算技术作自动测试和数据处理的一个尝试。它基本上解决了轮轴力学试验数据处理所迫切需要解决的缩短周期、节省人力、提高精度等问题。
This article describes the group developed wheel axle mechanical test data processor. The aircraft integrated the use of analog and digital computing technology, the rolling stock running, axle strength and other tests measured axial P, horizontal horizontal force Q, stress σ and other data for full digital automation, and the locomotive speed is low “Online” and “real-time” data processing at 200 km / h. This machine is an attempt to apply automatic calculation and data processing under the current conditions in our country. It basically solves the problems of shortening the cycle, saving manpower and improving the precision which are urgently needed to be solved in the data processing of axle axial mechanics test.
