目的了解山东省德国小蠊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性现状,指导科学、合理选择和使用杀虫剂。方法药膜接触法。结果山东省7个地区德国小蠊野外品系对氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、乙酰甲胺磷和残杀威的抗性系数分别为3.57~37.99、2.11~28.49、1.83~8.42、1.31~7.44、0.84~1.87。其中济南、淄博、德州和曲阜野外品系对溴氰菊酯抗性水平较高,济南、淄博和东营野外品系对氯氰菊酯抗性水平较高。结论山东省部分地区德国小蠊对5种常用杀虫剂均产生了不同程度的抗药性,其中对氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯的抗性水平最高;对高效氯氰菊酯和乙酰甲胺磷的抗药性处于中、低度水平,对残杀威为低度抗性。
Objective To understand the status quo of resistance to common insecticides of Blattella germanica in Shandong Province, and to guide the scientific, rational selection and use of insecticides. Membrane contact method. Results The resistance coefficients to cypermethrin, deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin, acephate and propoxurone in the field of Blattella germanica in seven regions of Shandong Province were 3.57 ~ 37.99, 2.11 ~ 28.49, 1.83 ~ 8.42, 1.31 ~ 7.44 , 0.84 ~ 1.87. Among them, the resistance to deltamethrin was higher in the field lines of Jinan, Zibo, Dezhou and Qufu, while the resistance to cypermethrin in the field lines of Jinan, Zibo and Dongying was higher. Conclusion Blattella germanica had resistance to five commonly used insecticides in some areas of Shandong Province, and the resistance to cypermethrin and deltamethrin was the highest. The resistance to beta-cypermethrin and acephate was at Medium and low levels of resistance to malaria is low resistance.
