人力资源管理,是企业管理中的重点,而团队绩效评价,则是企业对人力资源管理团队的价值等进行评估的主要方法。传统绩效评价与审核方法,缺乏全面性。根据人力资源审核模型的要求,应把分项审核、企业价值审核、用户满意度审核以及战略增值审核全面应用到具体审核过程中,以形成对团队绩效的整体评价,对于评价准确度的提升,具有积极意义。笔者介绍了人力资源审核模型,阐述了人力资源管理团队绩效审核的内容,重点以审核模型为基础,针对当前人力资源管理绩效评价问题,提出了改进措施,仅供参考。
