我厂研制的F级改性浸渍漆87年11月21日通过了部机车车辆工业总公司技术鉴定。为了进一步提高F级电机的浸漆质量,以适应SS3型电力机车牵引电机批量生产的需要。对原1142F级无溶剂漆进行了改性,针对其胶凝时间过快、收缩率大、漆膜较脆、易开裂等缺陷,先后经过材料试验、工老试验和扩大工艺试验,并经分析、验证和生产实际应用,成功地推出了新型的114—4F级改性浸渍漆。该项成果推广应用后,降低了F级漆成本,满足了B、F级两种电机浸漆可共用同一真空压力浸漆设备。不但漆膜增韧不开裂提高了电机的浸漆质量,而且烧焙温度低时间短节约了电能,同时由于改性漆能在140℃
