台区线损管理是线损管理中最重要的部分,提高台区线损管理水平,不仅可以强化真实电量统计,还能促进电网企业发展,为实现这一目标,精益化管理被应用到台区线损管理中,因此,本文将从精益化管理基本情况入手,结合将精益化管理应用到台区线损管理中的意义,重点研究从精益化管理角度提高台区线损管理水平的措施。
Taiwan area line loss management is the most important part of line loss management, to improve the level of line loss management, not only can enhance the real power statistics, but also promote the development of power grid enterprises, in order to achieve this goal, lean management is applied to Taiwan Therefore, based on the basic situation of lean management and the significance of applying lean management to the management of line loss in Taiwan area, this paper focuses on the measures to improve the management level of line loss in Taiwan area from the perspective of lean management .
