1 概述 柔性瓦是一种新型的屋面防水材料,它具有美观、质轻、耐燃、破损自补性、耐老化、排水流畅、施工方便等优点,在欧美等一些发达国家已取代西瓦和琉璃瓦,广泛应用于住宅、别墅、公寓、公共建筑和园林建筑。在我国,还只是近几年仅北京、广东等地开始使用。笔者在广东金多港开发区的施工过程中,参考国外有关资料,研究出一套屋面柔性瓦的施工方法,经在别墅区、公寓区的施工证明,效果良好,现介绍如下。 2 施工材料 2.1 柔性瓦(以下简称瓦片),生产于法国,它的基层用橡胶和沥青经科学处理而成。瓦片分瓦身和瓦裙两部分,在钉钉处有自粘黑胶;瓦的面层是细粒彩色石子,可根据需要,做成红、棕、黄、绿、兰、紫、白等颜色;单块的瓦尺寸为1000×340×3(见图1)。
1 Overview The flexible roof tile is a new type of roofing waterproof material. It has the advantages of beautiful appearance, light weight, flame resistance, self-complementary damage, aging resistance, smooth drainage, convenient construction, etc. It has been replaced by Siva and glazed tiles in some developed countries such as Europe and America. It is widely used in houses, villas, apartments, public buildings and landscape architecture. In our country, only Beijing, Guangdong and other places have only been used in recent years. In the construction process of the Jindogang Development Zone in Guangdong, the author studied the construction method of a roofing flexible tile by referring to relevant foreign data. After the construction certification in the villa area and the apartment area, the result was good. 2 Construction Materials 2.1 Flexible tiles (hereinafter referred to as tiles) are produced in France. The rubber and asphalt of the base layer are scientifically processed. Tiles are divided into two parts: tile and tile skirts. There are self-adhesive black glue at the nails. The surface layer of tile is fine-grained colored stone, which can be red, brown, yellow, green, blue, purple and white as required. Such as color; single tile size of 1000 × 340 × 3 (see Figure 1).
