城镇化是今年来改革的大趋势,也是促进我国经济增长的强大动力,城镇化是我国近几年的改革方向。随着城镇化进程的快速推进,居民对房地产的需求不断增加,房地产投资总额快速上涨。2013年全国城镇化率达到53.73%,城镇化为城镇化给房地产市场带来了广阔的发展空间,在人口城镇化过程中,因更多的人口涌向城镇,是城镇的住房需求增多,以致于房地产开发商对住宅加大投资,文章主要从城镇化这个因素出发,研究城镇化率对房地产投资的影响,研究得出城镇化率对房地产投资总额影响的原因及程度,研究结果表明城镇化率引起房地产投资额的增加。
