介绍CTCS-2级列控系统临时限速的应用现状,存在的缺点及应用局限,提出临时限速报文动态组帧的必要性和重要性,分析临时限速报文的数据结构以及每个数据字段取值的输入触发条件,从而实现根据输入条件实时完成临时限速报文的编译和发送,极大缓解列控中心报文容量压力,使临时限速从影响范围、限制速度值等方面更加精确,也使临时限速的设置更加灵活,以提高运输效率,保证列车运行安全和人身安全。
