本文报告一例长期胰岛素注射部位发生的肿瘤。患者女性,35岁,患胰岛素依赖性糖尿病。15岁发病。既往十年中每日注射精制锌胰岛素15单位。并发症为:视网膜变性,神经性膀胱,腹泻,直立性低血压,周围神位病变,蛋白尿。入院前6月发现右大腿2×2厘米肿块。入院前一月肿块迅速增大,并感右大腿、腹股沟及下背部疼痛。体检右大腿10×12厘米肿块,未见骨、肝等转移。肿块活检为一恶性混合间质瘤,由脂肪、纤维组织、肌纤维组成。行转子下右 This article reports one case of tumors that occur at long-term insulin injection sites.
